Looking for general laborers to move and work with office furniture and work along with working in our production facility. Training is provided. Looking for motivated and energetic personnel with a positive attitude to join our growing team. Opportunities to move up in the company are available. Must be reliable and safety conscious.

Immediate openings in our Production department- job would require candidates know how to properly and safely use hand tools. Work would include- covering panels, cutting fabric, assembling product and preparing orders and running CNC laminate machine.

In addition to daily responsibilities for the chair department, inherent daily responsibilities include the following in a clean as you go environment: Trash must be emptied Floors must be swept Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Must wear steel toed boots, gloves, and safety glasses. Have working knowledge of small tools Responsibilities include the following: Clean, repair and detail all types of chair models with attention to detail. May assist with loading and unloading of trucks from projects and/or decommissions.

Job Description

Transfer Enterprises, INC sells, refurbishes, liquidates and installs commercial office furniture. We are looking to hire an additional sales associate to assist customers on our showroom floor. It is not necessary for applicants to have furniture or office furniture experience. We will provide all necessary product training. However, experience in sales is required. Our ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a positive attitude, and is comfortable meeting and speaking with people.

Sales Duties & Responsibilities:

– Assist walk-in customers with purchases

– Answer product questions over the phone

– New business outreach including cold calls & emails

– Networking

In addition to selling products, the Sales Associate is required to aid in administrative duties on the showroom floor.

Administrative duties include:

– Generating and placing price tags for products on the showroom floor

– Organizing office chairs by type

– Re-merchandising chairs as new inventory comes in

– Merchandising office suites as full sets with complementing ancillary furniture for displays

– Helping with setting up and taking down sales and promotional signage

Our showroom floor hours are 8:30am – 5pm

Monday/Tuesday/Thursday, 8:30am – 5:30pm Wednesday, 8:30am – 4pm Friday, and 10am – 2pm Saturday. Saturdays are worked on a rotational schedule. Scheduling is flexible within our hours of operation and can be discussed during the interview, however preference is for full time.

This job is entry level, with a pay rate range dependent on experience.
