Location: Wallingford, CT

This healthcare administrative facility buildout in Wallingford, CT was completed under a tight timeline. Smoke damage required a full office relocation. The priority was to get employees back up and running quickly while maintaining quality under a tight timeline.

We designed the space to support daily operations. It includes workstations, private offices, a conference room, and a café area. The main workspace features refurbished cubicle systems configured for efficiency and long-term use. Each area was carefully coordinated to maintain a consistent and professional environment. We paired refurbished systems with new Altuva components. This created ergonomic cubicle systems, integrated storage, and collaborative areas that support both productivity and teamwork.

Overall, the space balances efficiency, durability, and long-term usability.

Products Used

  • Refurbished Steelcase Answer Cubicles – 6×6 cubicle systems with varying panel heights, integrated glass privacy screens, worksurfaces, storage pedestals, overhead bins, and built-in power. These systems were fully refurbished and configured to create an efficient, high-capacity workstation layout.
  • Altuva Laminate Worksurfaces – Custom CNC-manufactured worksurfaces used throughout the project, finished in Fox Gray laminate to deliver a durable, consistent, and cohesive surface.
  • Altuva Laminate Office Suites – Fully coordinated office setups including desks, returns, storage pedestals, hutches, and matching components, creating complete private office environments.
  • Altuva Conference & Café Tables – Includes a large conference table with integrated power, along with café-style tables used in meeting, collaboration, and break areas.
  • Herman Miller Aeron Task Chairs – Ergonomic seating used across workstations to support long-term comfort and proper posture throughout the day.
  • Herman Miller Setu Conference Chairs – Lightweight, modern seating used in conference and meeting areas for flexibility and comfort.
  • Haworth Improv Guest Chairs (Refurbished) – Durable guest seating refinished for consistency and used throughout offices and meeting areas.
  • OfficeSource High-Density Stack Chairs – Flexible seating used in multipurpose and high-traffic areas, offering durability and easy storage.
