Project Overview

Location: South Windsor, CT

This office recently completed a full remodel focused on creating an open, inviting, and flexible workspace. The primary goal was to provide employees with ergonomic furniture that supports their daily needs, while giving private offices, conference rooms, and collaborative areas a cohesive, polished look.
Workstations feature pre-owned sit-stand desks paired with fully ergonomic chairs and integrated storage, promoting comfort and movement throughout the day. Guest seating and collaborative tables were thoughtfully selected to support meetings and team interaction, while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. All finishes were hand-selected by the client to tie the spaces together seamlessly.

  • Pre-owned Teknion Hispace 120 Electric Sit-Stand Desks – Height-adjustable desks used throughout open workstations and select offices to support movement and ergonomic flexibility.
  • Refurbished Steelcase Think Task Chairs – Fully adjustable ergonomic seating used across workstations, private offices, and executive areas for all-day comfort.
  • Pre-owned Steelcase Cream Box/File Mobile Pedestals – Locking storage placed at individual workstations for personal and project materials.
  • Allsteel Panels – Light grey fabric panels with silver trim used to define workstations while maintaining an open feel.
  • Frameless Frosted Glass Privacy Screens – Installed at select workstations and private offices to provide visual separation without blocking light.
  • Base Power Infeeds & Power Poles – Discreet power distribution solutions supporting sit-stand workstations throughout the space.
  • Candex Sit-Stand L Desks – Laminate L-shaped desks used in executive and private offices, including one in a mahogany finish and others in a grey tone.
  • Candex Conference & Collaborative Tables – Used in conference rooms, meeting areas, and team spaces to support collaboration.
  • Refurbished Steelcase Ally Guest Chairs – Durable guest seating used in private offices and meeting areas.
