Project Overview

Location: Monroe, CT

Designed to evolve with the client’s needs, this project started as a new expansion area and grew to include existing office spaces across two floors. Our goal was to create a cohesive, contemporary workspace that maximized functionality and supported team collaboration. Working from customer-supplied CAD files and multiple onsite meetings, we developed layouts in partnership with the client—refining each iteration to ensure comfort, efficient workflow, and a visually inviting environment.
The finished design integrates fully refurbished Herman Miller cubicles, maintaining a clean, modern look while enhancing the usability of both new and existing spaces. Neutral tones and consistent finishes create a professional, welcoming atmosphere, while flexible workstation layouts accommodate a dynamic, growing team.
