Location: Hartford, CT | Municipal Office

This office underwent a multi-phase workstation upgrade to create modern, ergonomic stations that make the most of available space. Older furniture was carefully removed and replaced with a mix of refurbished panels, newly manufactured worksurfaces, and pre-owned sit-stand bases, all installed according to the approved layouts.

The design emphasizes function, comfort, and focus. Thoughtful workstation layouts and flexible storage support daily workflow and concentration, while sit-stand bases provide ergonomic flexibility. The result is a well-organized, efficient, and professional workspace tailored to the team’s needs.

Products & Services Provided

  • Custom AIS Divi Workstations –  U-shaped stations with binder bins and glass reveal panels, designed for ergonomic use and efficient workflow.
  • Decommissioning – Careful disassembly and removal of existing furniture, including responsible recycling and disposal to minimize waste and support sustainability efforts
  • Delivery & Installation – Professional delivery and setup of new workstations, arranged according to the approved layout. Our team ensured a smooth, efficient process with minimal disruption.
