Project Overview

This boardroom project, set within a historic mill building, was designed to reflect the character of the space while supporting the needs of a modern office. The goal was to create a room that felt intentional and aligned with the building’s rustic charm—without leaning too corporate or out of place.

We worked closely with the client throughout the process. As a result, the design feels intentional and consistent with the existing architecture. We also explored multiple material and finish options to ensure the final selection aligned with the vision.

To bring the concept to life, we sourced and customized key furnishings. This included a reconditioned conference table tailored specifically for the space and modern meeting needs. Overall, the final boardroom balances warmth, functionality, and flexibility. It also supports both formal meetings and collaborative use.

  • OfficeSource High-Back Conference Chairs – Upholstered executive seating in a warm caramel tone with chrome frames, offering comfort while complementing the overall palette of the room.
  • Global Calidon Lounge Seating – Fully upholstered lounge chairs with integrated power, creating a comfortable breakout area within the boardroom environment.
  • Chateau d’Ax Italian Leather Sofa – Coordinating leather sofa used to soften the space and provide additional seating for informal meetings.
  • Global Ballara Bar Stools – Upholstered stools with chrome bases, used in adjacent areas to maintain consistency in materials and finishes.
  • OfficeSource Side Table with Metal Base – Compact accent table with a black metal base and wood top, supporting lounge seating areas.
