Shipping & Returns

Transfer Enterprises offers assembly, delivery and install services as well as removal of old furniture. The base shipping price is calculated by the shipping zip code and is for delivery of the product to your door only. Additional fees will be applicable for inside delivery and installation. A team member will contact you if there are additional fees associated with your delivery. Delivery lead time is typically 2 weeks out. You also have the option to pick up at our warehouse for product we have available on the showroom floor. Does not apply to custom orders or new product.

Delivery: Delivery is charged by zone pricing to a business loading dock during normal business hours. Installation charges are determined by representations made by the buyer at the time of sale. Representations regarding the place of delivery include but are not limited to, dimensions of the door, number of doors that the product must be carried through, availability of a loading dock, access to building (i.e. elevators, stairs), structure limitations, and person to accept delivery. Any substantial variations from the Buyer’s representations at the time of sale are the responsibility of the Buyer and Buyer agrees to pay the additional charges as determined by the Seller prior to the start of the delivery, In the event that the delivery is not completed as a result of any misrepresentation (due to structure limitations and or Buyer’s refusal to pay additional charges). The Buyer agrees to pay a restocking charge of 25% of the total invoice price.

Returns: Returns must be made within 3 days of delivery and are subject to a 25% restocking charge as noted above. Delivery & Install charges are not refundable if service has already been rendered. The Buyer is responsible for returning the product to the warehouse in the condition it was purchased.
